JLJ Capital is a middle-market private commercial real estate lender dedicated to providing short-term financing for multi-family and mixed-used real estate assets across U.S. with a focus on New York, New Jersey, and Texas.

JLJ Capital was founded in 2017 by Jonathan Lewis as a private independent real estate development company focused on lending on different types of commercial real estate throughout the continental United States, with a focus on New Jersey, New York and Texas. JLJ Capital believes that many experienced real estate investors, owners, and operators have short term needs that banks cannot meet on a timely basis, and JLJ Capital’s goal is to be there for them with a time horizon of up to 36 months. The Fund was formed to provide investors the opportunity to participate in JLJ Capital’s vision.
