The borrower owns one of the largest Real Estate Owner and Management firms headquartered in NYC with approximately 20,000 residential/ commercial units located primarily in New York, New Jersey, Florida, Arizona and Texas with additional properties nationwide.
The borrower has closed millions of dollars of deals annually, focusing on off-market properties, real estate notes, and foreclosures. In addition, he has also invested in other companies in all aspects of the real estate industry as well as mantaining a portfolio including ownership and investments in other industries such as Solar Energy, Supermarkets, Technology, Medical, Hotels and Tourist Attractions.
