After graduating from the Villanova School of Business in 2016, Casey worked briefly for a boutique M&A Advisory firm in Short Hills, NJ. While there, he provided sell-side advisory and valuation services to lower-middle market firms across the country.

Casey later joined First Republic Bank in 2017 as a private banker for 3 years where he oversaw a deposit relationship that exceeded $1.1B in assets held by the largest Private Equity and Real Estate Funds in New York City. In 2020 Casey transitioned to the residential real estate lending team. As a lending associate he was responsible for supporting six loan officers originating $500M in SFR loans per year.
