Dan (Kunyang) Li brings a long track record in commercial real estate underwriting, and investment & asset management. Prior to JLJ, Dan was at Carlton Group’s Structured Equity and Debt Division where he helped close over a billion dollars in complex transactions ranging from a $1.25 billion construction financing, a $900 million refinance, and other deals in multifamily, office, hotel, retail, industrial, and condominium. He was also actively involved in asset management, which consisted of managing over three million square feet of commercial space.

Kunyang (Dan) has a Master of Arts in Real Estate Finance and Investment from New York University.
